Burberry opens a popup store in Mykonos

Mykonos now has one more great attraction! The trendy island, which has become one of the favorite destinations for a luxurious summer vacation, was Burberry’s choice for its new popup store. The place is inspired by the spirit and attitude of the flagship store, 121 Regent Street in London, featuring a white and pistachio palette.

 

 

Located in Nammos Village the space is built with varied materials and textures, from wooden details to mirrors and high gloss finishes. Highlight for the blank wall on the first floor, made for visitors to illustrate and decorate, inspired by the brand’s Bond Street store.

 

The popup will be open until October and you can find the collection of spring summer 2019, Kingdom, Riccardo Tisci’s debut in the brand, which brought a strong inspiration in English creativity and tradition, from punk and rebellions to formality and refined style .

 

 

Another collection that will be available is the recently launched Thomas Burberry Monogram, which is already a trend. The pieces carry a monogram inspired by the initials of the creator of the mark, in shades of beige and brown. This collection will not be available in all the stores of the brand, making the popup a very special point.
